About Us

• Owner-operator Tom Nevers founded Precision Asphalt Maintenance Inc in 1987. He started paving as a teen by helping a friend's father. He kept at it, and when finally an expert, he struck out on his own. As Precision Asphalt Maintenance Inc has surpassed 30 successful years, Manager Lisa Janasik now handles the business details, but Tom still sells and paves every job to ensure it meets his high standards.
